Manage the subscription

Where subscription management lives

Subscription information is organization-level. Open Organization / Subscription when you need to review the organization's current products, billing status, access state, next payment attempt, or Stripe portal entry points. The page header is Subscription.

Subscription data is loaded from organization billing during the dashboard bootstrap. If the organization does not have a billing provider connected, the page shows No Active Subscription with a support message instead of subscription details.

Review the subscription

1. Open Organization.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Review Current Products.
4. Review Subscription Status.
5. Review Access State and the reason.
6. Review Next Payment Attempt if billing needs attention.
7. Select Manage in Stripe when payment methods, invoices, or other billing details need to be managed in Stripe.

The Manage in Stripe button creates a Stripe portal session with the current page as the return URL and opens it in a new browser tab. While the session is being created, the button shows Opening....

What the status fields mean

Current Products shows the active Reslify product. The current product code RESTAURANT_CORE is displayed as Restaurant Core. If there is no product, the card shows None.

Subscription Status comes from the billing provider state. It can show Active, Trial, Past Due, Cancelled, Incomplete, Expired, Unpaid, or Paused.

Access State is Reslify's operational access interpretation. It can show Active, Grace period, or Suspended. If no access reason is available, the reason fallback is NONE.

Next Payment Attempt shows the next scheduled payment retry when billing recovery applies.

View invoices

Use View Invoices in Stripe in the invoices section to open invoices in Stripe. The panel does not change payment methods or invoices directly; those actions happen in the Stripe portal. Billing health is covered in a separate guide.
