Guest Management
Review a guest profile
Review saved guest names and contact details from the Reslify Guests page.
What a guest profile contains
A guest profile stores the basic information your team needs to identify and contact a guest: optional first name, required last name, optional email address, and optional phone number. Reslify uses the same guest record when the team creates a manual reservation or selects a returning guest during reservation intake.
Open Guests from the panel sidebar to review saved profiles. Use Search guests... when you need to find a profile by name, email, or phone before opening the row actions.

Review the guest row
Use the guest row to confirm that the correct person is saved before editing or using the profile in a reservation. The table columns are Name, Contact, and Actions.
In Name, check the initials avatar and full name. In Contact, confirm the email and phone number. If either field is missing, the row shows No email or No phone so the team can see the gap before relying on the profile for follow-up.
The initials avatar is a quick visual cue only. Treat the contact fields as the source of truth when confirming a guest with the team.
Open actions when maintenance is needed
Use the row action menu in Actions when a profile needs to be edited or deleted. The icon-only menu button is labelled Open menu for screen readers. Open the menu and choose Edit Details to update the saved name, email, or phone, or Delete Guest to remove the profile from guest records.
The row itself is designed for scanning; detailed maintenance happens through the edit dialog. The current Guests page does not show or edit guest profile notes. If you see Guest Profile Note, Guest Note, or Merchant Note in a reservation detail sidebar, treat those as reservation context rather than information reviewed from this Guests page row.
If a guest has multiple possible contact records, search by email or phone before using Add Guest to create a new profile. This helps avoid duplicates and keeps future reservation intake cleaner.
