Guest Management
Search guests
Use the Guests page search to find loaded guest profiles by name, email address, or phone number before editing or adding records.
Use search before taking action
The Guests page includes the Search guests... field above the guest table. Use it to narrow the loaded guest list before editing a profile, removing a duplicate, or deciding whether you need to add a new guest.

What search checks
Search matches against first name, last name, email address, and phone number. You can enter a full name, part of a name, an email fragment, or a phone fragment. Text fields are matched without case sensitivity, so lina, Lina, and LINA return the same loaded guest.
This search filters the guest list already loaded on the page. It does not send a new backend search request while you type.
Reduce duplicate records
Search is the first step before adding a new guest. If an existing profile appears, open the action menu and edit it instead of creating a duplicate.
If no result appears, the table shows No guests found. Confirm the spelling and try a different identifier before deciding the guest is new. Rows can also show No email or No phone when that contact detail is missing, so try the information the guest actually provides.
Clear search when finished
Clear the search field to return to the full guest list. The guest count beside search shows the total loaded guest count, not the filtered count, while the table shows only matching rows while a query is active.
Reservation search behaves differently
Manual reservation intake uses a separate guest search inside the reservation wizard. That search starts after at least 2 characters, asks the backend for matches from the detected primary field plus email, first name, last name, and phone indexes, removes duplicate matches, and returns up to 20 results.
Use this Guests page search when you are managing the guest list. Expect reservation intake search to feel slightly different because it looks up guests through the booking flow instead of filtering the currently loaded Guests page table.
